Archbishop-designate Joseph Arshad was named Archbishop (Personal Title) of Islamabad-Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
The diocese had been vacant since the death of Bishop Rufin Anthony in October 2016.
Bishop Arshad had been serving as Bishop of Faisalabad.
