Seccia named Teramo-Atri Bishop
Bishop Michele Seccia was named Bishop of Teramo-Atri, Italy. The diocese had been vacant since the death of Bishop Vincenzo D'Addario last December. Bishop Seccia had been serving as Bishop of San Severo.
