Escudero Montoya named Palmira Bishop
Bishop Abraham Escudero Montoya was named Bishop of Palmira, Colombia. The diocese had been vacant since then-Bishop Orlando Antonio Corrales García was named Archbishop of Santa Fe de Antioquia in January 2007. Bishop Escudero Montoya had been serving as Bishop of Espinal.
