Nepal elevated to Vicariate, Sharma remains Ordinary

The Prefecture Apostolic of Nepal was elevated to the Vicariate Apostolic of Nepal. Bishop-elect Anthony Francis Sharma, S.J. remains its ordinary now with the title of Vicar Apostolic and he was also named titular bishop of Gigthi.
